I have been needing to find a better way to organize our mail, receipts, coupons, and bills. I bought a pack of 5 white cardboard magazine holders from Ikea for $2.99. I glued some scrapbook paper on the front of them with modge podge. Then I punched holes in the front and tied tags to each one with ribbon. I printed the labels from the computer. I have boxes for Bills to pay, Paid bills, Receipts, Coupons, and learning books. I have just been putting all of the mail that I think my husband would want to look at in the bills to pay box. After he looks through it he puts it in the Paid bills box and then when I find time I file them into our filing cabinet.
